Dear Listmembers,
As we all know that fries fried in the same oil
as non GF foods are not GF. My question to you all is what makes them
so, is it because we can ingest crumbs/bits of the other foods OR is it
because the oil becomes a gluten oil? and that the fries make us sick
due to the oil not from bits of other foods sticking to the fries.
If anyone knows the answer to this please let me know as buying fries
that are fried on their own is near impossible to find and sometimes
that is the only fast food available.
                          TIA, Anita.
