Dear List Mates,
I am very new to this and though I have done lots of reading and
internetting, I am wondering why I have seen from time to time that
Heinz Ketchup is fine for us to use. Vinegar is a main ingredient,
though unspecified as to the type, so I have steered clear. I would be
thrilled to learn that this is a condiment I can continue to use but
don't want to make a mistake. Please help! I'm aleady finding it hard
as it is.
By the way in case anyone is interested, when I was first diagnosed I
assumed that "Snackwells" potato thins in some of the flavors were o.k.
but called the 800 number and found out after a few days that the mono &
diglycerides ARE a wheat carrier. Too bad...they are great.
Thanks in advance
Sharon
