I also lost a lot of weight (due to a milk allergy
though) and was hungry all the time.  I think you may find
you do better avoiding all dairy and that way your
intestinal tract can stay healthy enough to absorb food.
Make sure you get enough protein or you will feel really
hungry.  When I started taking calcium pills I lost that
'hungry as a wolf all the time feeling'.  Good luck - it
must be hard not to be able to find substitutes.  I eat lots
of fruit and meat and that seems to help.
