Hi,

I am having problems with my Jaton Modulator56 56Kflex Modem. I am only
connecting at 19,200bps! I know that part of it is the phone line but my
other 56K modem (Actiontec 56K x2) connects at 28,800. The ISP I connect to
doesn't even support x2 modems.
I tried to download the flash upgrade from the Jaton Website to v.90. I
tried to install it and the modem didn't accept it. What happened? Why
won't it accept the uprade? I used the flashcom software to upgrade my
modem. I have a PII 400 on a BX MOBO running Win '95. Any suggestions?

TIA,
Michi Imamura
