I got a system through a "barebones" assemblier. I lost faith in them
when I noticed they set the CPU chip voltage wrong, (low).
(They set a P54C at 3.3v)
I want to ground the new motherboard, but don't have instructions for the
case. (Do cases come with instructions?) The motherboard says to be
sure to ground it properly, but then fails to mention how...
My case has ONE solid brass post. One "slip" post, broken so the
MB can "slide" with thermal expansion, I guess. And some plastic ones.
The solid post goes through a hole that connects to NOTHING
on the board. Seems to be located wrong to me. Or does it ground
somewhere else?
TIA, Rick Glazier
