    It took a little time, but I finally managed to get in touch with
David Glass, maker of the frozen flourless chocolate truffle cake.
     Yes, it is GF, and no flour is used to dust the pan. I have eaten
it this week without any ill effects.
     Only the full calorie version is GF. David Glass also makes a
reduced calorie chocolate truffle cake which he does not guarantee is
GF. His other desserst all contain gluten
     Below is the e-mail I got from the consumer relation department.
