Hi all,
I have had a huge response for people wanting home gluten test kits.  The
chemical company is sending me info on them - so I will post it within the
next couple of days (as soon as I get it).  They said they would be prepared
to make me a distributor for it in the USA, Australia and probably the UK -
they are not usually available in the USA at all.  The test kits are easy to
use (you get a test tube with antibodies to gluten coated on the inside, and
an anti-gluten antibody solution in the kit).  I will tell you more details
when I get them.
