Most Pop Tarts (Kellogg's) are marked as dairy free.  I think maybe the
chocolate ones have dairy.  It is clearly labeled right under the
ingredients panel that "This is a  Milk Free Product"  Stay away from the
new round pastry swirl ones though since they do have dairy in them.
