Well, I have to give you a bit of background. I'm a grain farmer's son. I have
always loved fresh bread and make it often. I eat bread every day, often several
times a day. I have not knowingly suffered from any bread consumption. However,
if I eat chocolate or anything with milk in it, I react. Now some grains, like
my breakfast Miniwheats do give me gas, in a big way. But my family doctor says
that is normal as you get older. I'm 57. I also have a psychological dependency
on bread (I'm kidding of course but I really do love the stuff). I'd be
devastated if I had to give it up. I will consider your hypothesis and if I
can't further isolate the sources of my problems, I will do an elimination test.
Thx for your thoughts on this.

My comment was an exaggeration and I shouldn't have used such dire language.
