 I thought it was the 2% law!  Any way this allows plant A to buy ingredients
from plant B without totally understanding what is in the ingredients.   I
called a company that made a product with "Natural Flavors" on the label.  They
didn't know what was in it because it was from another product.    I agree I
think the law puts food allergic people at risk.
