Dear Coffee drinkers;
As a former coffee addict I thought it would be one of the toughest
habits to break when going paleo. The answer is simple-switch to tea.
There are so many fine teas available that it has become quite fun. I
prefer the caffeinated variety since I believe it to be more natural.
Plus, it still gives me my morning "jolt". Green tea offers a variety of
benefits, but my current favorite is an organic Darjeeling (dioxin free
and staple free bags) with a teaspoon of raw,unfiltered honey.

As for snacks; there are infinite variety of trail mixes one can make,
dehydrated veggies, jerky, fruits (dehydrated or raw), and of
course...pemmican. Lately I've been very fond of Almond flour
muffins-taken from a recent receipe posting right here.

Life is good. I've been paleo for about 7 months now and won't even
consider "going back". I've lost about 30 pounds, my energy level is
greater than its ever been...even my love life has improved!

Rock On, Paleo pals!
Ralph
