I have been writing about this a few times before, so do a search in
the archives for more details. I usually season it. _I_ think it tastes
much better than other pemmican, so this is the only variety I do at
all nowadays. But lately I just dry ground elk-meat, wich I can by quite
cheep, and eat it as it is. I am not quite shure about a high fat diet
(read Loren Cordain "Re: Total body fat content of wild ungulates"
paleodiet list 980302 for example).
