The weights you mention don't sound unusual to me. I have a 3.5 yo girl
who weighs 30 pounds. She is quite healthy, average in size and
appearance. No one has ever said she is underweight. So, I guess at least
one child out there is within the range of yours. BTW, she weighed 30 at
36 months. Good luck with the allergies. Don't know if this helps...
