        Rather it should be encouraging that the intelligent people (like us)and
the doctors are the first of the new wave.  In fact, let's call ourselves
new wave nutrition?  Old fashioned won't attract anybody.

        When fat subsitutes were used to reduce fat intake to 20%, the subjects
reported being significantly more hungry.  At the conclusion of the test,
the men increased their dietary fat intake until they had made up the
previous deficit!  (Dr. Mom:  We were not designed for such low fat diets!)
