I'm Ed Evans from Cypress, California. I'm currently over weight by a
bout 60 pounds, and this weight may be life-threatening if I do not get it
off. I'm 50, unemployed, and since I've been off work, I've gained.
I heard someone on the radio talking about paleolithic food some time
ago, and when I saw this news group, I thought I might benefit.
What is it I need to eat or not eat to follow this menu? I assume
refined foods are out.
