Hi! I have a question regarding canola & olive oil. My husband and I
have always used a chemical dictionary to find out how certain
ingredients are processed. He has looked up canola oil and found that it
comes from the rapeseed, which I believe is a form of wheat. Can anyone
verify this? Also, on olive oil...I know that commercial olives have
lactic acid to preserve then. Does anyone know if olive oil has the
lactic acid and if so, could my husband have it if he is lactose, milk
and dairy intolerant? Any information would be helpful.
