Right now, I only know of one safe meal to order out --"steamed Chinese
vegetables, no sauce, with steamed rice. " I bring my own soy sauce
(Tree of Life has one with alcohol made from corn).
Can anyone who's done the research tell me of a safe meal to order from
any of the following restaurant chains in the midwest: Cracker Barrel,
Richards, Olive Gardens, Red Lobster, Bob Evans, Applebys. I'd
appreciate tried and true suggestions, and will try to summarize.
Grateful for your shared wisdom,
Mary Ellen Rothrock
