Hello:

One valuable resource is the International Braille and Technology
Center (IBTC). this is housed at the national headquarters of the
National Federation of the Blind in Baltimore Maryland. The director is
Richard Ring (410) 659-9314. The IBTC has examples of all braille and
speech output devices as well as screen reading software. The IBTC also
has done evaluations on various classes of products such as reading
machines, screen readers and braille printers.
