You're just a little late with this one, mate: not that the Chomsky
subscribers necessarily have heard about it, but the net has been
buzzing, and the Aussie consuls and embassy have been deluged with email.

Thus, Lorenzo Kom'Boa Ervin has been in jail, and has been let out by the
High Court judge on "natural justice " grounds, presumably to give the
govmt. a chance either to do nothing more and let Ervin be, or to give
him the chance to defend himself against those who think they have
grounds to deport him.

Of course, this is an example of cops, the whole world over, who, once
you're on a list stay on it for ever.
