I am so frustrated! I do my best to follow my GF diet and never
cheat! I was feeling well for the longest time. (Diagnosed by biopsy
about a year ago and immediately responded well to going GF.)
Now, for about the past month, I have not felt well for probably
more than 50% of the time! I either have diarrhea or soft stools with the
urge to go NOW or ELSE (no doubt, you all know this feeling) ! I have the
accompanying bloating, cramps, and gas.
What's driving me crazy is, I have no idea why! Tho I eat out
often (same as before), I always check very carefully with the servor and
food manager to be sure I have made a safe selection. I have introduced no
new foods or products into what I cook at home. I try to keep a careful
watch on everything I eat. Yet, I continue to have problems - at this
point DAILY! It's gotten that I now suspect -EVERYTHING!
Gosh,I'm thinking about not eating anything AT ALL for a few
days...and then introducing items one by one, to see what it is that might
be causing the problem. This is so FRUSTRATING!
Besides the fact that I don't like feeling sick like this...I worry
about the affects this is having on me internally. What kind of damage is
occuring to me, physically, while I am trying to sort this out? Do I need
to go back to my gastroenterologist for another biopsy? Gosh - Has this
darned thing become refactory!!!!!!
        Has anyone else experienced this?
Thank you.
