Judee-
I have used the spring roll wraps. They are WONDERFUL!!! They were
the dry, flat, thin ones. I soak them in cold water a little until they are
soft. They really become quite transparent, but are remarkably still quite
strong. I sealed them with a little egg yolk and let them dry a little,
then fried. The package made LOTS (over 20) , so I froze the extras
individually and then reheated for easy lunches. My ingredients were
seasoned veggies and chicken. I think they would make a terrific dessert
if stuffed with cinnamon apples, fried, and then dusted with powdered
sugar. My scale, however, disagrees!!!!
