My son was diagnosed with allergies to wheat about a year ago.
Subsequently I was told that pure corn starch was not tolerated, however,
the label clearly says corn only, so I have been using it.  I am
wondering though if modified corn starch is OK for a wheat free diet.  We
live in Canada so I don't know if the guidelines are different here.
Any help would be appreciated.
