This got me to thinking about a store I'd heard of years ago called,
ironically enough, "Bread & Circus". I just called them and they have
free-range meat. I'm going over there when I get out of work.
I guess things aren't so bad after all...

Around here (Philadelphia, PA) there are some Fresh Fields
grocery stores that carry "healthy" foods, including some
range-fed meats. I know that Fresh Fields stores exist in other
parts of the U.S., as well as other similar stores. If you could
find a store like that, the meat department can probably get you
some suet. If that is not possible, then I guess it gets more
difficult, since you would have to locate a butcher who can get
such meats.
