Hi Nancy,

I am gluten (wheat, oats, barley, rye), lactose, and sugar intolerant so I
can understand what you are going through. I do believe you need to grieve
the losses so you can get on with finding out about all the interesting and
wonderful foods you can have. I do believe the greiving processes is
important to do and a wonderful book to help is "Against the Grain" by Jax
Peters Lowell. Not only is she very funny she will help you with achieving a
positive attitude, which I know can sometimes be VERYdifficult.  There are a
lot of us out here, so just let us know when you need help!
