Try tofu - firm or extra firm with a little honey and some vanilla all
blended up in the blender or food processer.  It tastes quite good when
it is chilled.

try tofu in pumpkin pie- it works well!

Oh, come on now!  Try Rich's Dream Whip.  It is wonderful stuff and
although hard to find well worth the extra effort.  I buy it by the
dozen (when I travel to the Jewish grocery store I know of that sells
it) and then just keep them in the freezer.

Just don't ask for mac 'n cheese!  :-D
