The all-rice wrappers can be used as follows:
Assemble the interior ingredients for your spring roll.
Dip a rice wrapper quickly in cool water once or twice to wet it completely.
Flop it onto a plate and wait a few seconds for it to get soft. Drop the
ingredients onto the wrapper, bundle up the spring roll, and pop one end into
your mouth. The soft wrapper should hold the second half of the roll
together long enough to eat it in the second mouthful.

The dark "liquid aminos" fluid at health food stores tastes quite a bit like
soy sauce (but very salty). It is 100 percent soy in origin and has not
caused me trouble. It does NOT color sauces or food like soy sauce does. I
mix it with water and dried spices to put on salads in place of expensive
dressing.
