What is flax-oil that's not rancid supposed to taste like?  I opened
one of my capsules on the advice of someone on the list.  It had a
strong nutty smell and a mild nutty flavor.  I'm not sure I'd recognize
rancid oil if I came across it.  Would it be very obvious?
