        I read your message on the No-Milk list, and want to advise you that I also
subscribe to a WONDERFUL list for Gluten-free information and recipes.  I
have an 8 year old daughter with Celiac  and have found tons of info from
this list.  Funny--Keeping her GF seems easier than milk-free to me!  Guess
