I just use twice the amount of "Better Than Milk" soy powder in water.
For example, if it takes one Tbs. of "Better Than Milk" in 1/2 C of
water to make soy milk, I would use TWO Tbs. of "Better Than Milk" in
1/2 C of water, to make it thick like evaporated milk.
