Hello,
 
I've just joined the list in order to help out a good friend; recently
diagnosed with Celiac Disease.  I had mentioned to him Elaine Gotschall's
book "Breaking the Vicious Cycle" [a reprint of "Food and the Gut
Reaction"].  He asked me to find out if her very strict diet is
"necessary" for cure.  It suggests leaving out ALL grains.
 
I have done a database search thru the archives using "Gotschall", and
there were no finds.  If anyone has any experience with this diet in
celiac cure, I would really appreciate hearing from you.
