Dear Ilya,

Milk is liquid meat. Milk and meat contain the same powerful growth
hormones. I happen to be a vegetarian. However, I cook for my children
and wife and they occasionally eat red meat.

The hormones in meat are rendered inactive by gastric enzymes.

The hormones in milk survive digestion.

I agree that references are critically important. Sometimes I POST
things and do not include references but invite people who are
interested to POST to me privately and I will call you or leave my phone
number. :>)
