Dear Listers-you have all been such a great help to me, i had to share my
*great* news with you!!!!!! I was offered (And accepted) a new job, with a
pharmaceutical firm. Big raise, no more daily exposure to the animal
allergens that were adding to my DH...health, wealth, happiness-what more
is ther??(sorry if I sound silly, but I'm feeling alittle euphoric - VBG)

Anyway, serious question-someone posted several weeks ago that he (or she,
sorry, I don't remember) had survived a job that required a lot of travel
for several years, and managed to stick to the GF diet. I'll be doing a lot
of travelling and business entertaining now, and would *greatly* appreciate
any and all tips on making things a little easier. I'm already trying to
stockpile things that ccan be made in bulk and/or travel well (muffins,
rice cakes, etc), and I have a good restaurant card in my wallet.

Thanks in advance for any tips-If you e-mail me privately I will summarize
a list for fellow travellers. - Marne in NJ (and soon to be all over the
Northeast!!:-)

The impossible is merely that which has not yet been accomplished!
