DEar listers-thanks to everyone who contacted me about matzo. here's a summary:
1-consider oat matzo for next year, as it is acceptable, and the major
problem is cross-contam. Apparently has to be ordered way ahead of time...

2-consider z mix of potato starch, egg or egg yolk, and cider vinegar-no
proportions given, and apparentlythey're only good for a day, but ahh, for
that day!!
3-talk to my rabbi; a rice exemtion is well within reason (thre's the rule
that says you don't have to do anything life-threatening or that would
endanger your health, just to observe the holiday)
I'l probably try option 3 this week, and if it's ok, make the matzo recipe
I got from this list several weeks ago. Thanks to all and happy
