Dear Listmembers,

Firstly, many thanks to everyone who responded to my post regarding a
benadryl reaction. I have just returned from vacation and will be
posting a summary in the next few days.
Secondly I have a question about cornflour. Betty Hagmans recipe for
orange cornbread calls for corn flour rather than corn meal. I dont
seem to be able to find it here in Lubbock Texas, even the health
food store only has corn meal or corn starch. I can get masa harina
(ground corn treated with lime to make corn tortillas and tamales),
but Im not sure that this is the same as straight corn flour. Does
anyone know of a commercial supplier for corn flour?

Many Thanks

Amanda
