Here's the info on Bob's Red Mill that I've gotten. One listmember
informed me as follows:
A local health-food store, run by a Celiac, carries Bob's
Red Mill products, but does not recommend it for Celiacs. The
proprietor told me that their inspection of the local Bob's
mill indicated that they do not take measures to avoid
    contamination.
On the other hand, I've used Bob's Red Mill products in the past
    with no apparent ill effects.

Another helpful member sent the following contact info for Bob's:
    503-654-3215 phone
    503-653-1339 fax
    5209 SE International Way
    Milwaukie, OR 97222

So, as usual, I guess it's a case of let the buyer beware. Thanks
for the feedback, folks.
