The last symptom I had left over from my pre-diagnosis days was feeling
tired all the time. Not so much physically tired as sleepilly,
brain-fuzzily tired. I suspected this was caused by my hectic lifestyle
-- a business a-borning, kids not in daycare, my day job -- but it seems
it was not so.

Considering discussions about EFAs on this list, I decided to try
supplementing with flax seed/oil and primrose oil and within a day or two
the case of Early Alzheimer's and chronic fatigue went away. Even on the
days I forget to take some of the EFAs I feel better.

I would like to recommend them to anyone who is still feeling tired. Try
your local health food store.

Whole flax seed added to breads, crackers, or stirred into yogurt -- not
bad -- and they have the added benefit of providing a generous mix of
amino acids, vitamins and minerals, and FIBER.
