Did you try any oriental groceries?
Any oriental groceries should carry sweet rice or sticky rice(most of them
are from California anyway).  Try Japanese, Chinese, or Korean groceries (not
Indian).  Or just ask anyone in the Chinese restaurant, they will tell you
where to get them. (if there is any Chinese restaurant around your town).
