Hi...reaching back into the cobwebs of my college chemistry, ethyl alcohol is
CH3CH2OH.  It doesn't necessarily imply how it's made.  It could be from
grain or it could be a coal tar derivitive, or...  You would have to contact
the manufacturer to find out its source.  Depending on how the ethyl alcohol
was made, it may or may not be suitable for celiacs.
