I agree that food reactions may be a good guage to say that one particular
person does not need to be eating a certain food, but we are all such
complicated individuals, there is no telling how many other food
intolerances we might harbor individually.
 
Tomatoes seem to make my daughter hear funny sounds and have nightmares.
That tells me she probably doesn't need to be eating them, but it doesn't
make them a gluten food!
