We will be traveling the last week in March with our three active boys and will
have our first try at dinning out with our 2 1/2 year old celiac. When we eat
at McDonalds locally, I have always taken a rice bread peanut butter sandwich
and a banana. He thinks just drinking Sprite is a treat. Since we will be gone
several days, we will need better nutrition than only peanut butter or
McDonalds. What restaurant chains have you found that are kid-friendly (things
like coloring place mats) and have gf menu choices? Also, what would you order
for a 2 1/2 year old that can't handle anything with fiber? Thanks for any
suggestions you have. It would be a 10 hour drive home without dealing with
diarrhea. :-)
