Having spent 3 hours at the newly opened Barnes and Noble in my town,
I ask: wouldn't it be wonderful if someone published a gluten-free bread
machine cookbook?  An entire cookbook devoted just to bread machine
recipes...why isn't there one?
 
Bette Hageman has a few recipes.  This listserve has far more.  What
would it take to put together a book of recipes?   Recipes, testing,
research.  Has anyone done it yet?
