If there are "health-food" or "natural-food" stores in your city, they
should have a selection of vitamins that are labelled gluten-free. If you
have a natural foods coop in town they may also have some GF foods. I
think vitamin supplements are important for those of us with questionable
ability to absorb nutrients.
