Hi all,

just a note to let you know to be careful with British Airways
flights. Although they profess to supply GF in flight meals they
sometimes drop a big one and include a couple of whole wheat chesse
biscuits in the pack and even a wheat roll. These of course are incased
in the meals packaging which is marked GF meal...

Don't fall foul of this one (as I did) and don't eat anything that
looks suspicious even if its included in the meal packaging.

Having said that, they do tend to supply good meals in general
if you watch out for these little quirks :)

Cheers,

Adrian
