I know I will probably sound like a newbie but I guess I am since I was only
diagnosed last December.
 
Can anyone tell me exactly what this is.  I had thought that this was not a
problem for Celiacs but I was doing some reading lately and I find I could be
wrong.  I know this is probably one of the first things I should have known
to be GF but mistakes happen.
