Does anyone know of a nutritionalist or dietician in the area of New
Jersey or even Philadelphia who is knowledgable about celiac disease?

Is there a standard vitamin recommendation for people with celiac as
there is for other groups - ex. women & calcium? Has anyone out there
been given a recommendation by a nutritionalist, dietian or doctor. If
so could you share that recommendation with me?

Also, for your information, I called General Mills today to find out if
Pop-Secret Caramel Popcorn Bars are gluten-free. They are REALLY good
but unfortunately not gluten-free. I couldn't tell that by the box
ingredients so I tried one and liked it so much that I figured that I
better call. General Mills representative said that it was very easy to
answer my question because NONE of their foods are GLUTEN-FREE.
