More for the archives.  "Passport's Food & Wine Guides" also have a great
deal of information on the preparation of traditional dishes by country,
so you can prepare a "special request" phrase list for foods of interest
in the local language before traveling.  Note:  Ingredients "over there"
may vary from those commonly used here for foods with the same name.

These thin, pocket-sized guides are available in the travel section by
country for $7.95 [Passport Books, NTC Publishing Group, 4255 West Touhy
Ave., Lincolnwood (Chicago), IL 60646-1975.  Also says copyright the
Automobile Association.].
