I have been assuming that confectioners glaze is made with icing sugar and
may not be GF icing sugar therefore I have avoided anything with this in it.
ie. chocolate covered almonds and gummi bears are two that I remember.
Anyone know if my assumption is correct that the glaze would be made with
icing sugar, neither package had a 1-800 number that I could call.
