Hello again,

Thanks for the responses to my question yesterday about ADHD and
celiac. Now I need to know what foods besides wheat need to be
eliminated from the diet.

Is there a FAQ for this list? It would probably answer all of the
entry-level questions I have, like:

What grains contain gluten?
Do you eliminate everything at once or is it a phased approach?
Once you've been gluten-free for a while, can you occassionally
eat wheat (etc) without adverse affects?
Are there recipes for gluten-free diets?
What do you substitute for common foods like sandwiches?

Maybe someone can point me in the direction of a good book on
the subject. I'd especially like a book that also talked about the
relationship between ADHD and celiac.

Thanks for your information and patience. This is a very supportive
group.

Julie (with the 12-year old ADHD son)
