I tried the tip of removing the paddle after the kneading cycle in my
Welbilt 150, rather than pulling it out of the baked bread. What a
mess! For some reason I stuck both hands in the dough to retrieve the
paddle, then spent five minutes trying to wipe the dough off every finger
and the paddle--much more time than it takes to yank the sucker out of a
baked loaf. As someone noted, the dough is very soft and hence difficult
to remove from skin. Is there an easier way to do this? My boyfriend
suggested using a coathanger hook to dive for the paddle--ha ha. No
doubt I can get it out with one hand, but that still leaves five coated
fingers. Is it worth it? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Pam
