I too seem to be less sensitive than most. Even when diagnosed I didn't have
any syptoms but my boold chemisries showed deficiencies and I gad a positive
biopsy.So you can have damaged gut even though you have no symptoms. Blood
test will eventually will show it but late. Therefore I attempt to keep a
zero gluten diet. In some ways this is more difficult since you don't get
warnings when you are ingesting unknown gluten.
